If you feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress, you are not alone. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck or unsure of where to begin. I work with children, teens, and adults who want things to feel different, including LGBTQ+ and autistic individuals who are often seeking care that feels affirming and safe. Often people come in wanting relief, clarity, and real change.
I work with clients around a wide range of concerns using a trauma-informed approach. EMDR is a primary tool I use for trauma processing, alongside other creative and evidence-based methods such as narrative therapy, expressive art therapy, sand tray therapy, play therapy, and CBT. Therapy is collaborative and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship.
Therapy should feel human, safe, and grounded in real life. I create a space where clients can slow down, breathe, and move at their own pace. For children, that often means play and creativity. For teens and adults, it may mean feeling understood without pressure. You do not need the right words or a perfect plan. You are welcome here.
