My clients typically struggle with past or recent traumas, increased or new life stressors, depression and/or anxiety, etc. I provide art and talk therapy services that are catered to your individual goals and needs. I provide both in-person and easy access Telehealth art and talk therapy services Monday-Thursday. Going to therapy is made easier for you! Get cozy on your couch or enjoy the weather outside, just open your laptop and sign in. You can access your therapist from anywhere.
