I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and techniques of CPP. During my time in the therapeutic space, I have provided trauma-informed care working with children and families that have experienced individual life stressors, foster care, adoption and traumatic events.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
