My name is Melanie Martynowski and I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with substance use but I also have experience working with anxiety and depression. Have you wanted to stop drinking but don't know where to start? Have you felt down or less motivated lately? It can be difficult to ask for help which is why I do my best to create a safe space where clients feel like they can speak openly without judgement.
I have experience with individual and group settings in inpatient and outpatient treatment. I use a humanistic approach and I'm passionate about empowering clients to be the best version of themselves. I primarily use CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing but take an individualized approach to meet each client's needs.
