About
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and relaxed environment that will allow you the chance to grow. Individuals are often misunderstood for their actions when they are experiencing intense emotional discomfort. I will work with you with acceptance while offering you a new way to cope and refocus your outlook.
I have knowledge and practice in using Dialectial Behavior Therapy with my clients, which can be affective for many people dealing with mood, anxiety, addictive, eating, impulse-control, personality disorders, and also individuals who are suffering with stress and depression.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I am trained in part 1 & 2 with addition training for individuals with traumatic brain injuries. EMDR is psychotherapy technique that has been proven to be successful in helping people who suffer from trauma, anxiety, addictions, phobias, many other emotional problems.
