My method of therapy is interpersonal and relational. I like to understand how your past affects your present state and what you want for your future. I help you set goals so we can identify needs and successes . I enjoy using person centered techniques with people in life transitions like people with ADHD, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression.
I believe the therapeutic relationship plays the most important role in whether or how therapy works. I provide a safe space to explore and speak about the joys and frustrations of living one’s authentic life.
