I specialize in low self-esteem, relational trauma, childhood trauma, and attachment wounds. I have a passion for trauma recovery and rediscovering self-worth and inner strength. I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, and trauma-focused therapy to address both the cognitive and somatic impacts of trauma, emphasizing their resilience, and rekind hope for the future.
I also specialize in multicultural issues and relationship/family dynamics. I utilize Gottman Method to collaboratively work with you, your partner, or your family and address cultural sensitivity and identify communication patterns and mitigate feelings of disconnection.
