As a queer cis woman, I love working with LGBTQIA+ individuals in focus areas like life transitions, anxiety, depression, sexuality, religious trauma, etc. My training is rooted in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness. I take a holistic, empathetic, contextual, body-centered, and culturally-informed approach to therapy and coaching.
It is the joy of my life to use creative ways to remind my clients what it feels like to experience ease and peace in their systems, sensations that past traumas can bury.
