I have been licensed in the state of Oregon since 2011. My experience with therapy has come from community mental health working with children and families. Additionally, I have also worked one on one with adults regarding a variety of mental health conditions.
My professional and personal trek in the mental health field has taught me how to listen and help people work towards their improved mental health goals. There is nothing more powerful than helping a client on this journey. My goal is that this will help you lead a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.
