Ho’omana! It means “to empower” and it represents who I am and what I stand for. It is my personal philosophy and part of my life’s purpose in serving others. Ho’omana captures the power we all have in us and evokes a sense of taking control and owning that power. It has been a catalyst in my own journey and healing which has led me into the field of psychology so that I may help others.
I work from a humanistic and experiential approach which integrates eclectic strategies and interventions to individualize treatment plans and meet the unique needs of individuals from diverse populations while creating a safe space to explore and heal.
