I am a true Georgia peach, born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I have the training and experience but during sessions, you will never feel as if you are being judged or analyzed. I believe we are all human and we can't ignore that the main key to being human is empathy.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and Master of Science in Marriage Family Counseling Therapy from Capella University.
I incorporate solution-focused, person-centered, and CBT approaches when working with clients, providing a holistic perspective of mind, body, and spirit. My communication style is candid and genuine. I pride myself on authenticity.
My goal for clients is to be able to find peace of mind no matter the circumstances. That comes with a lot of mindfulness and acceptance.
