About
In my 9 years of practice as a counselor, I have had the great honor to walk alongside people from all walks of life as they find healing and improve their relationship with themselves and those that they love. I practice from a person-centered approach and believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and experiences.
I have received post-degree training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). During my work with clients, I utilize evidence-based therapies, along with experiential and expressive therapy methods.
I have experience working with clients of all ages with trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and addiction. In addition, I am experienced working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families and am passionate about providing a safe space for all people.
