I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with ten years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I’m especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating identity, body image, and self-worth. My approach is professional, honest, and rooted in the belief that therapy should feel human.
I became a therapist with the hope of creating a space where people could reconnect with themselves and others in meaningful ways. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you-it’s about offering support and perspective so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
