About
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the world, you’re not alone. The past two years have destabilized everyone’s lives and made many people feel isolated, alone, and aimless. The anxiety can be crippling and rob you of your sense of self. Therapy can help. In over a decade of practice, I have helped people who feel different, quirky, weird, or out-of-place learn to celebrate their uniqueness, harness their strengths, and tame their anxiety. In my office, I create an emotional space where you can let down your guard, connect, and be seen as your authentic self.
I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University. I have specialties in treating folks with Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Attention Deficit Disorder. I am a gender affirming and queer friendly therapist and love working with trans and non-binary kids, teens, and adults.
I believe that therapy works best when you not only learn strategies and coping skills from your therapist, but when you feel truly seen and accepted for who you are- quirks, fears, insecurities and all. It’s time to start living your life in alignment with your values, not your fears. You don’t have to go it alone. Reach out today.
