About
I believe that building an authentic relationship with each client is one of the first steps in moving towards peace, hope, and healing. As we seek to understand ourselves and the patterns of distress, conflict, or confusion we fall into, making time to explore our strengths and connections is an important step in building a foundation for positive change. I value meeting each individual, couple, or family where they are at on their journey of healing and working together in developing understanding, confidence, and resilience.
I have significant experience working with couples, families, and individuals from age five to adulthood struggling with relationship issues, mood disorders, identity exploration, and other stressors. I have particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and supporting clients in developing a sense of confidence in themselves.
