I strive to help clients that are having difficulties living life for themselves. I pride myself on being a counselor who is professional but approachable. When you share your story, I see the unique individual separate from the problems that you are facing. My goal is to help people nurture their self-esteem and recognition of personal freedom. Along with recognizing freedom comes with personal responsibility and accountability. I bring empathy and connection to the table to help recognize their own capabilities and creativities to navigate problems from the inter-personal to societal.
My specialities include helping people navigate adverse childhood experiences, relational trauma and substance abuse. I enjoy helping clients separate themselves for their experiences, recognize their strengths and learn skills to increase emotional intelligence. I am a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming provider.
Therapy is a great act of self-care, but being vulnerable can be personal barrier. A good therapist will create a safe and collaborative space to rewrite your inner narrative.
