Melanie is an LCSW who has experience working with children, teens, adolescents, college students, college athletes, and young adults ages 10-30. Melanie currently sees patients struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional dysregulation, young adult and teen substance use, parts of self-work such as the inner child and life changes. Melanie offers parenting sessions for parents of her clients to better understand and communicate to their children.
Melanie’s modalities include CBT, DBT, Strength based therapy, play therapy, values work, and somatic therapy with an emphasis on nervous system regulation.
