I specialize in working with issues of complex trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, working with neurodivergent individuals and adjustment. I am a Certified EMDR clinician with training and experience in trauma-sensitive yoga, CBT, mindfulness & mind/body, expressive arts, sand therapy, and play therapy.
