About
Life is full of inevitable changes, some more difficult to navigate than others. If you are experiencing the anticipatory grief of losing a loved one, the loss of a beloved family member or friend, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, depression, couple and/or relationship issues, or you simply want to work on your personal growth, you have already taken the most important step by seeking help.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that we are influenced by, but not limited to, our past, the significant people in our lives, our place of study/work, and our communities. I use an integrative approach, focus on your strengths, and listen attentively as we work as a team.
Whether you are more comfortable with teletherapy or in-office appointments, I will provide you with a safe place to discuss what matters to you, and the support you need to achieve the life balance that you desire. I invite you to contact me to see if I am the right fit for you to meet your goals.
