Creating a nurturing and trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. My goal is for every client to experience a profound sense of safety and belonging as we embark on a journey of healing and growth together. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling. Helping unlock the innate wisdom within your own body and mind, fostering healing and deep connection with yourself and others.

While in my master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri State, I've dedicated my studies to specializing in supporting the LGBTQ population, trauma recovery, and body-based therapies. Additionally, I've completed training in Somatic Integration Processing at Beyond and am in the process of training in EMDR.
