I'm authentic and direct. I value science equally with the domain of intuition and art. My core specialty is attachment resetting, especially in recovery from narcissistic and oppression-based abuse. My other main areas of focus include addiction, autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and chronic/progressive illnesses (including long COVID, HIV/AIDS, TBI, experiences of medical gaslighting, and supporting partners of people living with terminal illnesses).
A key model I use is Non Violent Communication. It's usually used for relationship scripts, but to me, it goes far beyond communication skills. The heart of it can reach the depths of identity and cognition. When it’s fully digested, NVC encourages the kind of reflection, ownership, and boundaries that can help heal maladaptive thinking.
