Women's Psychotherapy Process Group (Daytime)
This therapeutic process group is for adult women who are interested in connecting, learning and processing with other women in a supportive therapeutic setting. The group will focus on Women's Issues, managing relationships, body and eating issues, developing shame resilience, managing anxiety and depression, living a healthy lifestyle, conflict resolution and other topics the group feels is important. This is a relatively small group. The group limit is 7 women. - appropriateness for the group will be determined at the initial individual assessment.
