Melanie Daye is not currently accepting new clients.

I have experience in working with adults and adolescents in various mental health settings, including community mental health clinics, hospitals, and in private practice. My graduate work in Clinical Psychology includes an emphasis area in Health Psychology, which informs my holistic treatment view. I have experience in working with individuals who struggle with a wide variety of mental health challenges, including mood/anxiety disorders, eating problems, and addictions. Women's mental health across the lifespan is an area of special interest for me as each life stage presents new challenges and opportunities for personal growth.

In clinical practice, I use integrative therapeutic approaches (cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, motivational, solution-focused & existential frameworks) to help my clients achieve change.

I am dedicated to helping people find ways that work best for their individual needs and I respect every person's uniqueness. I am committed to helping my clients develop attainable and worthwhile treatment goals that will lead them to achieve lasting positive life changes and personal growth.
