I love working with neurodiverse clients, both with an official diagnosis and those who are still unsure if they have ADHD, Autism, or are neurospicy in some other way. As a Registered Play Therapist, I specialize in finding creative ways to help your brain find new patterns. My expertise working with ADHD and Autism helps us avoid techniques or life hacks that simply don't work for our brains. Instead, we'll find momentum by understanding your or your child's uniqueness to stop masking and be more emotionally balanced.
Therapy is hard work, but it also should be fun sometimes too! If you're reluctant to try therapy again because a previous therapist didn't understand you or it felt too boring, I get that.
