If you've spent years trying to outthink your anxiety, you've probably already realized it doesn't work that way. Anxiety is convincing—it tells us to prepare more, avoid more, seek more certainty, or keep pushing until everything feels under control. But instead of feeling more in control, you often end up feeling more overwhelmed than ever. I enjoy working with teens, college students, and adults who are tired of feeling stuck in cycles of worry, panic, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, or self-doubt. My style is genuine, collaborative, and warm.
I'll bring compassion, curiosity, and a little humor when it fits, while also challenging you in ways that support lasting growth. Instead of spending session after session just talking about your anxiety, we'll focus on understanding what's keeping it going and practice new ways of responding so it has less power over your life.
I use therapeutic approaches like DBT, CBT, ERP, and other evidence-based therapies to create treatment that's personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both understood and empowered—and that therapy should be a place where you're free to show up as your full, imperfect, human self.
