In person and evening appointments available! As a Jersey girl myself, it brings me a lot of pride to be able to provide mental health services to my fellow community members. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and eating disorders. I can also help you navigate life's stressors and transitions, relationship and communication challenges, and improving self-compassion. I enjoy working with people who are interested and ready to learn about themselves and new ways of coping with symptoms and stressors.

I’ve been trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and have years of experience working with people who’ve had traumatic events in their life. My therapeutic approach is conversational and non-judgmental. I'll work with you to both accept and change things within yourself and your life. I will also incorporate mindfulness based practices when needed.

If you'd like to learn new ways of coping or gain education about trauma, I can help. In my personal life I love spending time with my dog (see Jet in photos!), traveling, cooking, and being with loved ones.
