I believe therapy should be a place where you are seen, understood, and supported with warmth and creativity. I am a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist who helps children, families, and couples reconnect to themselves and to each other through play, story, and practical emotional skills. I use a compassionate, collaborative style grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and specialized trainings in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, IFS, and EMDR. I believe change happens when we can hold both acceptance and hope, and while learning to sit with what is difficult to build a life worth living.
I’ve been fortunate to work in diverse settings from child welfare to first-responder support. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that our difficulties don’t have to define us. They can become doorways to growth, new neural connections, resilience, and richer relationships. I combine this belief with clinical skills and a warm, collaborative style.
