Hi there! I am a somatic-oriented experiential therapist who uses a holistic approach to empower clients to create the changes they seek in themselves and their relationships. I am a Certified Trauma Professional with training in Parts and Memory Therapy, and I offer spiritual integration work upon request. I strive to create safety and connection for all my clients through deep empathy, calm demeanor, and humor, cultivating an environment in which clients develop meaningful self-discovery and change. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients throughout the therapy experience and am open to changing course if necessary.
I use informed play therapy techniques with children and teens and intentionally seek to support parents as they perform the world's toughest (and most important) job. Integrating Emotion-Focused and Gottman theories, I help couples increase attunement, heal old wounds, and build closer and safer emotional, intimacy, and communication satisfaction.
My work with individuals is strengths-based, trauma-informed, multiculturally sensitive, and observant of how systems impact us. I utilize somatic experiencing, parts, cognitive-behavioral, and experiential therapy styles to support clients in finding nervous system flexibility and trauma recovery.
