I am a bilingual Latina therapist licensed in New Jersey, offering virtual therapy in English & Spanish to first-generation and BIPOC adults throughout the state of NJ. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship stress, & trauma. A lot of my clients are high-functioning, which means they look like they have it together, & most of the time they do, but underneath there's often a voice telling them good things aren't supposed to last for someone like them. If that sounds familiar, I get it & I don't think it has to stay that way for you.
I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship stress, and trauma. As a Latina therapist, I understand the cultural expectations, family dynamics, and identity pressures that can shape our emotional experiences. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
