Hello! I help highly sensitive adults with anxiety, complex trauma and relational burnout in embodied, Focusing-oriented psychotherapy. My clients are over-functioning creatives with a wide range of experiences and neurodiversities, feeling stuck in trauma patterns or blocked in creative expression looking for change that reconnects body, intuition, and purpose. I help individuals and partners (poly and non-romantic affirming) navigate anxiety, developmental depression, attachment injury, chronic illness, reproductive trauma, grief, complex trauma, creativity blocks and spiritual inquiry. I am a psychodynamic depth therapist integrating mindfulness, trauma-informed CBT, and Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy. With a background in hypnotherapy and Reiki energy healing, we listen to mind, body, and soul—your past and present—to integrate your story, heal relational wounds, explore unconscious patterns, and support meaningful change beyond words.
