I believe therapy should be a space where people can show up as they are. I work with adults and children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, behavioral concerns, substance use recovery, and life transitions. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy, supporting communication, identifying patterns, and building healthier coping skills. My approach is warm, direct, down to earth, and collaborative. I gently challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
I strive to balance empathy with authenticity. Therapy is not about perfection, but about understanding yourself, improving coping skills, strengthening relationships, supporting recovery, and building a more grounded, fulfilling life. Whether facing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, or feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to carry stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or behavioral challenges on your own. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where we can work through patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change together at your pace.
