My practice is rooted in the wisdom that we cannot grow, or face our challenges and pain alone. I believe there are so many untapped resources within all of us to help you figure out your path. We can help you discover what you want and move towards realizing it directly and openly—with acceptance and self-compassion, at your own pace and on your terms.
Trained in EMDR, AEDP, and Gestalt, I pay special attention to the body. By attending to breath and movements, we can increase your depth of awareness and unlock your natural ability to heal. We’ll experiment with new solutions so you can take in healthy support, connect more deeply, and respond to life’s challenges with agency, authenticity and ease.
