About
Helping children, adolescents and families thrive is my passion. As a Licensed Psychologist, I specialize in the assessment and treatment of children and young adults' academic, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. I have expertise in helping youth and their parents tackle problems related to learning disorders, anxiety, ADHD, anger, social difficulties, disruptive behavior, depression, and other concerns.
I offer individual therapy, group therapy, parent consultation, and psychological testing (including testing for school services and test accommodations). I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients understand how thoughts and behavior impact our emotions, and I equip them with coping strategies.
I operate from a strengths-based approach, and I believe that it is not enough for our children to simply be problem-free; we also want them to thrive, feel happy, and reach their full potential.
