Based on research, training, experience and a lifelong mission to help others, I have spent the last 25+ years supporting others, especially trauma and abuse victims, on their healing journeys. I have extensive experience supporting trauma and abuse survivors, including emotional, physical and sexual abuse; neglect; and human trafficking. I enjoy the opportunity to support parents in understanding and responding to your children's emotional and behavioral needs. I also support couples in improving communication and mutual satisfaction in their relationships.
