on helping them find confidence, purpose, and identity in a world that often tells them they're not enough. Together, we work on developing a positive self-image, emotional regulation, and resilience through the ups and downs of life.
My approach is client-centered, integrative, and relational-drawing from narrative, attachment, and family systems models.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. When desired, I also integrate a faith-based perspective to help clients align emotional growth with spiritual grounding-but I always meet people exactly where they are, without pressure or judgement.
