As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer therapy to those struggling with a range of life stressors. I specialize in treating eating disorders, negative body image, and poor self esteem. I also offer support around anxiety, depression, life transitions and family and relationship issues. I work with individuals 18 years old and above. I provide a safe and comfortable environment where my clients can explore their feelings and emotions in a nonjudgemental atmosphere. Poor body image can be hard to deal with. My specialization is in the treatment of eating disorders, which includes over ten years of training and experience from working at The Renfrew Center. If you feel that your eating habits are out of control and you have a negative body image, sorting through the emotional issues can be important in order to feel better.
