It would be a privilege to join you as you take those first steps of embarking on your personal journey of healing and growth. I empower and support individuals through the use of a person-centered and strengths-based approach as they navigate life experiences. I am both a gay- and gender- affirming therapist qualified to write letters for gender-affirming care according to WPATH standards. I am also a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist and trained in EMDR. I value the use of humor and creative processes in the therapeutic journey.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits all, and I tailor my approachI meet individuals where they are in their readiness to navigate life experiences with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, and related issues. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and empowering environment for individuals to safely share and re-author their story.
For scheduling or further inquiry, please reach out via email. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you!

Groups
Expressive Arts Junk Journaling Group
This 4-week group uses junk journaling — a mixed-media, collage-based art practice — as a therapeutic tool to support emotional expression, nervous system regulation, and meaning-making. No art experience is required. The emphasis is on process over product, allowing participants to explore thoughts, feelings, and personal narratives in a non-striving and non-verbal way. The first group will be Wednesday, February 15. No cost; however, registration is needed due to limited spots available.
