I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I am trained in Implicit Psychotherapy and Brainspotting, and am certified in Integral Somatic Psychology. I have a deep background in the arts and see therapy as a creative and mutual process. We can begin with a free 15-30 minute consultation, either in person or over the phone.
My approach to therapy is strongly rooted in our relationship as a safe container for healing. Together we will create a space that feels nonjudgemental, collaborative, and empowering.
