My focus includes individuals seeking care due to experiences of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, addiction, life transition, relationship problems, and work issues. I am always honored to provide care for individuals with disabilities and those in the queer community. I enjoy working with clients looking to grow in areas of emotional regulation, coping with stress, caring for themselves, and following through on working toward their goals. My specialization also includes supporting individuals struggling with executive function areas such as task and time management, planning, organization, impulse control, and decision-making.
My practice is rooted in awareness of the broad impact of systemic oppression and economic inequality. When we have space in therapy to acknowledge racism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia, sexism, classism, and other experiences of marginalization, it can help us better explore external barriers and internalized judgments.
I know from experience how stressful and daunting it can feel when you are looking for a therapist. It’s OK not to know where to begin, I am here to be curious with you. If you are interested in the possibility of therapy, we can start with a 30-minute phone consultation at no charge to help you decide whether I am the right fit for you.
