Call and ask about new client availability. Reaching out to a Counselor/Therapist is a big step; it can feel scary and overwhelming. Yet, it can be one of the best things that you can do for yourself or for a loved one. Life is hard. We can all feel anxious, overwhelmed, stressed or depressed by our life's experiences. However, you don't have to learn to manage these difficult emotions alone. My job is to help you reach "your" goals for wellness. I have worked professionally in the social services field for more than 35 years. Some of my experiences include working with grief and loss; domestic violence and sexual assault survivors; and survivors of other forms of trauma. I have significant experience working with people, both individually and in group settings.
I work with people from all socio-economic backgrounds, as well as people from diverse ethnicities and races. I provide a "Strength-Based and Person-Centered" approach to therapy and I strive to provide culturally sensitive services for all. I welcome the opportunity to work with you or someone you love.
