Hey there! As someone who understands that life can get stressful and it feels like everything is piling up, we all deserve somewhere to be safe and heard. Therapy is a space that anxieties can be expressed, frustrations listened to, and emotions be validated.
I come from a background of CBT, Person Centered, and Solution Focused therapy as a more broad scope of therapy until specific topics turn up. Then, I pull from other modalities to make sure you are getting the experience you need and you are feeling supported. I am an LGBTQIA+ therapist that is also sex, kink and non-monogamous friendly.
I am a bisexual cis white female therapist that would love to go on the journey of mental discovery with you. There is always a lot to say with nowhere to say it, and you deserve to have the opportunity to be yourself and be a priority.
