I am dedicated to helping clients heal and grow through the use of research-based interventions including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EFT, and TF-CBT. I have experience working with couples on conflict management, improving communication skills, affair recovery, rebuilding trust after betrayal, and navigating extended family relationships.

The first three sessions will mostly consist of assessments and observing the couple's natural response (cycle). I prefer to use Person Centered therapy for individuals to promote confidence and build rapport.
