Finding a therapist is really difficult AND you’re taking the hard but necessary steps in doing it, well done. The folks I work with are often feeling stuck and unsure of themselves and their future. This can often look like depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, fear, isolation, anger, and/or the exacerbation of another diagnosis . While my experience is primarily with teens and young adults, my passion is working with people who are discovering or rediscovering themselves. While self-discovery is a life long process, there are times we need more support in moving through our growth.

My work is client-centered and integrative with a strengths based lens and CBT foundation. This has often looked experiential with the integration of art, nature, music and engagement with others. I work with folks to understand who they are along with how to care for that person in a whole hearted way so they are able to show up their most authentic selves.

Taking the first steps in finding support is overwhelming and you deserve to feel confident moving through the world. Whether you're beginning adulthood, a new parent, going through a hard break-up or another difficult transition in life, it's normal to feel lost but you don't have to do it alone.
