Hi, I am currently accepting new clients for both in person and virtual appointments. I have been helping clients through life’s hardships, challenges and transitions for over 2 years. I have experience in group home, court appointed, community, private practice, and residential settings. If you are experiencing symptoms related to trauma (both single incident and complex), grief, addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, anger or life adjustments, I would love to help you. I provide a warm and friendly environment for all my clients both in person and virtually.
My space is free of judgement and full of space for processing. The therapy process is handcrafted for each client’s unique situation and set of challenges. I enjoy helping my clients learn new coping skills, find a sense of purpose, sort through grief, and reprocess any trauma.
I am trained in EMDR, Inner Child Work, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ACT, Polyvagal, and talk-therapy. I am a level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) and a Certified Grief Professional (CGP). I graduated with my Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University.
