I work with women and couples across diverse identities and relationships navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck. Many are used to carrying a lot on their own and are ready to better understand themselves and move forward differently. Together, we focus on identifying strengths, making sense of patterns, and connecting past experiences to present challenges. Our work supports you in gaining clarity, building tools, and creating meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable.
I provide trauma-informed, integrated care that supports the whole person. My approach includes honest conversation, practical tools, and space for reflection. I often use humor, direct feedback, and homework to help you build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve communication and connection. Please note, I am licensed in AZ & TX.
Change is hard, and finding the right provider can be even harder. I get it. Feel free to reach out for a no-cost consultation to discuss what might be best for you. Please know that even if I’m not the right fit, I am open to answering general questions you have about therapy and helping you find someone who is.

Groups
Reclaiming Self
Reclaiming Self is a six-week therapy group for women who feel disconnected from who they are beneath life's demands. Together we'll explore burnout, boundaries, self-compassion, values, and identity through guided discussion, psychoeducation, and practical exercises. This structured group provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your voice, and create sustainable change. If you've been asking, "Who am I beyond caring for everyone else?" this group is for you. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reclaiming the person you've always been. Starts 9/1/26
