I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I work with clients across the lifespan, primarily children and adolescents, navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and grief. My goal is to create a space where you feel connected and equipped to carry growth beyond the therapy room into daily life.
My approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, drawing on EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, TraumaPlay, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward their goals.
As a Christian, I offer the integration of faith into counseling upon request, while always honoring each client’s values and journey. Outside of work, I enjoy being outside, exercising, reading, traveling, and spending time with the people that I love most.
