Oy my honeys, It's been a time! If you just need a place to land, feel known, to be met by a welcoming human in these uncertain times, you are not alone. If you've been carrying your load, feeling invisible, or stuck, or burdened with old hurts that feel like they will never loose the sting, I understand. If you are grieving loss, or confronting new challenges, I am here. I work with adults. I work relationally, somatically & with the many parts of you. My little Havanese dog Posy will love you or sit with me depending on your wishes but she's my co-therapist. I offer somatic relational eclectic psychotherapy, with an interest in parts of you known and yet to be known or known. I care for specificity, intersections, ancestral healing and resilience, shadow has a place here too, all of you is welcome.
We will work together to heal shame, grief or trauma, so you can feel more vibrant, engaged, and grounded in yourself and your life. People long to feel known in relationships; being humans, we are built that way. I believe in you, and lets work together and uncover what longs to be uncovered, connected with and healed.
