I see individuals with relationship issues, depression, cross-cultural challenges, cancer, Lyme, HSP and empaths with challeng. I offer psycho-spiritual psychotherapy using dream work and exploring body/mind/ connections. I offer Telehealth.

I have studied/practiced/taught trauma-informed mindfulness, compassion cultivation practices, cross-cultural belief systems, communication skills, dream work, and Feng Shui. I have trained/practiced for 40+ years in the mind/body/spirit relationship. I am a senior certified Cultivating Compassion Training (CCT) teacher through Stanford's CCARE.

DO YOU WISH FOR MORE PEACE AND ACCEPTANCE? HAVE YOU WANTED TO LEARN JUST THE BASICS OF MINDFULNESS. This is a one hour group for 3 weeks. It is an introduction to the many practices of mindfulness. Each week will cover a basic mindfulness meditation; to include mindfulness of breath, mindfulness of body and mindfulness of eating. The cost $75 for all 3 sessions. Contact Meika if interested.
