I view therapy as a space to show up honestly, without needing to filter yourself or perform. Sessions are collaborative and focused on making sense of difficult feelings, strengthening boundaries, and offering thoughtful, mutual feedback along the way. As a Latina counselor, I value identity, intersectionality, and autonomy as fundamental to the therapeutic process, understanding concerns through the lens of cultural context and lived experience. My approach is relational and collaborative, drawing from ACT, relational-cultural theory, interpersonal process, and narrative practice, and grounded in queer-affirming, intersectional feminist, anti-racist, somatic, body-liberation, and social and transformative justice frameworks.
I work with teens and adults navigating identity, relationships, depression, anxiety, grief, disability, neurodivergence, multicultural experiences, and sexuality and gender exploration. I meet clients with care and respect, recognizing how systemic oppression, interpersonal dynamics, and societal expectations shape mental health.
