I specialize in working with adults, couples, and teens navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and addiction-related concerns. My goal is to help clients better understand their experiences, reduce emotional distress, and develop healthier ways of coping.
I am trained in EMDR and CPT, evidence-based approaches used to treat trauma. I use these approaches to help clients safely process painful experiences to better understand how trauma continues to impact them. I also enjoy working as a person-centered therapist. Together, we work toward reducing distress and creating space for healing and change
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s needs and goals. As a first-generation Latina clinician, I bring cultural awareness and sensitivity to therapy and often work with individuals navigating identity, intergenerational trauma, and complex family dynamics. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space for growth.
